Sorry I haven't been updating! More models. Model dump.

So here's an elephant without its ears:

Kind of Creepy, ain't it?

It gets creepier if you add eyes...

He's like a chia-pet. Watch him grow! He's actually got a really cool mesh. I'll post the wireframe when he's done. Can you guess the face he's based on?

This is actually kind of fun... documenting my constructive process is weird. I realize that I do things a very odd way.

Ugh. I'm done for the night.

Fall 2010 GO!

So my summer was artistically uneventful, largely because I was at a farm in NC and had no resources to speak of. Nonetheless, I sat down yesterday with a Cintiq at Monty and with terrified hands sat down to see how rusty I'd gotten over the summer.

Surprisingly, I actually got better in the absence of practice. Who knew?

Updates: dumpster done!

Dumpster is modeled and textured, doing the previz on the back alley as we speak. It's actually a simple set; I'm using lots of wonky building lines to really throw the perspective like I drew it in my storyboard/animatic.

Fun!

Updated Renders

Updated renders... working from Monty computers is so much more efficient than working from home only because they have a much better version of photoshop than I do, plus a Cintiq to draw on.

Luckily, that will all change in two days!! Glee!
